Mr Raihani is an Accountant and Tax Professional with a wide range of experience at the executive level in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Mr Raihani has controlling equity positions and directorships in private and public companies across various sectors. Mr Raihani is currently the Managing Director of Aurumin Limited (ASX: AUN), Chairman of First Au Limited (ASX:FAU) and Chairman of Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited (VSR).

Mr Raihani is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and a Justice of the Peace. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Diploma of Financial Services.
